How far in advance do I need to book?
All birthday parties must be booked at least 5 days in advance. If you are looking for a birthday party within a week, please email contact@downtoplay.com. Slots are first come first serve, so book early!

At Down to Play, we understand the importance of a fun and safe environment for kids to celebrate their special day. We offer a wide range of exciting activities such as ball pits, slides, obstacle courses, and climbing structures that can keep the kids entertained for hours. Our dedicated party room and open space are perfect for hosting an unforgettable celebration!
Please note that we offer two birthday parties at each time slot – one in the back private space and the other in the front reserved space. Please book according to which space you would like.

What times are parties available?
Birthday party time slots are as follows: 10 am – noon, 1 pm – 3 pm & 4 pm – 6 pm, 7 days a week!
Is there a deposit required to make a birthday party reservation?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required.
How much does a birthday party cost?
We offer three different packages to accomodate all price points.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a party is canceled 60 days in advance, you will receive a refund of your deposit as open-play credits. If a party is canceled with less than 60 days’ notice no refund is granted.
Is face painting available?
No. Face painting is not allowed to keep our playground looking new. We do offer a fun Tattoo Stand as an add-on to your party.
How many adults can attend my child's birthday party?
September – May, two adults are included for free per child; additional adults are $5 each, added to the birthday tab.
June – August, one adult is included for free per child; additional adults will be $5 each, added to the birthday tab.
*Babies not yet walking will count towards the adult count.
Can I rent Down to Play for a private event?
We offer limited buy-out options, as we aim to be a place parents can always count on when they need to get the kids out of the house. For more information on buy-outs, please email kelsey@downtoplay.com.
