Can I drop off my child?
No, all minor guests (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must remain in the location to ensure the minor guests are supervised.

Do you accept cash?
No – we are a fully cashless business.
What is Open Play?
Open play means come on in and play! Open Play will be offered during all business hours.
What are Down to Play's hours?
We open at 9am and close at 7pm 7 days a week. Be sure to follow us on Instagram for any special hours.
Can I come without a child?
No, for safety purposes, an adult not accompanying a child will not be allowed in. However, you may attend a birthday party of a relative/friend.
Can I wear shoes inside Down to Play?
No, only socks are allowed in our indoor playground area. If you forget socks, no worries, we sell grippy socks at the snack bar for $4.
At what age do you start charging for a child?
Our policy is simple: if your child is playing, we kindly ask that you pay for their admission. Non-walking siblings are welcome and will be counted as an accompanying “adult”.
Can I play with my child?
Absolutely, we encourage parents to explore our playground. If you’d like to relax, we have ample seating and a coffee lounge.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. You will be required to sign a waiver digitally for yourself and any minors with you, irrelevant of their participation in play or any other activity. You can sign our waiver ahead of arrival to save time during check-in.

How far in advance do I need to book?
All birthday parties must be booked at least one week in advance. If you are looking for a birthday party within a week please email contact@downtoplay.com. Slots are first come first serve, so book early!
What times are parties available?
Birthday party time slots are as follows: 10am – noon, 1pm – 3pm and 4pm – 6pm
Is there a deposit required to make a birthday party reservation?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required.
How much does a birthday party cost?
We offer three different packages for all price points.
Do you accept cash?
No – we are a fully cashless business.
However, if you’d like to show a little extra love to your party host, tips are always welcome and may be given in cash. They’re never expected, but our hardworking team is always grateful for the appreciation!
What is your cancellation policy?
If a party is canceled 60 days in advance, you will receive a refund of your deposit as open-play credits. If a party is canceled with less than 60 days’ notice no refund is granted.
Is face painting available?
No. Face painting is not allowed to keep our playground looking new. We do offer a fun Tattoo Stand as an add-on to your party.

How many adults can attend my child's birthday party?
September – May, two adults are included for free per child; additional adults are $5 each, added to the birthday tab.
June – August, one adult is included for free per child; additional adults will be $5 each, added to the birthday tab.
